1. Engagement is project-specific and non-exclusive unless stated otherwise.
2. We are not responsible for non-performance, delays, content takedowns, algorithm changes, platform penalties, or audience behavior.
3. Vendors and influencers are responsible for their own tax compliance, disclosures, statutory obligations, and regulatory adherence.
4. Any content created remains subject to agreed usage terms; failing payment voids all licenses.
5. We are not liable for disputes between brands, influencers, platforms, or audiences.
6. All parties indemnify India Pictures Media House and Helpost Softwares Pvt. Ltd. against claims arising from misconduct, misrepresentation, copyright infringement, or regulatory breach.

ARBITRATION

All disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Seat and venue: Punjab, India.
Language: English.
Arbitrator: Sole arbitrator appointed by Helpost Softwares Pvt. Ltd.
Award shall be final and binding.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to arbitration, courts in the State of Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
